Please Note the following if you are having print and cutter issues:

1.Remove the tape from the device

2. Hold the top wheel of the device and turn the bottom wheel until the center of the cutter in the top wheel/part aligns to the wide plastic block of the bottom wheel. There should be a sound of a “click” when the wheels are aligned correctly.
