Utilizing both reverse transfer and dye sublimation print technologies, the Prima 4 Uno ID Card Printer from Magicard is able to produce high quality full-color single-sided cards by first printing images onto a thin film and then heat transferring those images onto the card surface. This allows for numerous additional card options since the overlay and image quality is not affected by physical items on the card, such as a proximity chip. Additionally, it enables holographic and UV printing options.
